I’m a goal-oriented professional, focused on the success of my team and my organization. Throughout my career thus far I’ve had the pleasure of handling journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, assisting in month-end closing processes and ensuring transactions are in accordance with GAAP and internal policies and procedures are followed. I recognize the value of strong leadership, so no matter what position I hold—from accountant to credit manager—I strive to be an example of streamlined communication and collaboration for my team. Currently in my role as an Accountant, I’m involved in monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, journal entries and assisting with end-of-month closing needs. I’m also involved in inventory audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and business processes.
