When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it."- Paulo Coelho As a managing director in Accenture, I am responsible for building and cultivating relationships through the implementation of innovative ideas, leveraging a wealth of knowledge from some of the most talented people I know. Throughout my over two-decade career with Accenture, my roles have included program/project management and delivery lead across multiple industries for small-scale to global ERP implementations. I am excited that the next phase of my career will be focused on helping our Energy Clients set the pace towards industry transformation, innovation, and growth. As an active leader in Accenture’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) efforts, I focus on building lasting partnerships with like-minded organizations to enable talent, increase digital acumen, and generate opportunities for underserved communities. I am Executive Lead for the Level Up Program, a partnership formed in 2021 with Microsoft & Prairie View A&M University, that focuses on enabling and exposing HBCU & HSI students to the world of Technology and Innovation. Outside of work, I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Fort Bend Church Community Outreach Ministry. A few of my passions are mentoring others and raising awareness about mental health and well-being. When I'm relaxing you can find me curled up with my eReader or planning my next road trip.
