I have over five years of experience in AML/CTF compliance, including senior roles at Swedbank and Mintos, where I contributed to building a strong compliance culture and implementing effective AML/CTF processes and policies. I hold an ICA Advanced Certificate in AML, as well as multiple certifications in sanctions, and AML/CTF from Compliance Baltic. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, and I use data-driven approaches to provide solutions for complex situations and challenges. I am passionate about staying updated on the latest trends and regulations in my field, and I constantly seek to expand my knowledge and skills.
