I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and share my professional background. I am currently working in the Production Department (Planning, Control) at Chandi Steel Industries Ltd, part of the Jai Balaji Group. We specialize in manufacturing tailor-made cathode bars, including both copper inserted (slotted/cylindrical) and non-copper variants. Our products are supplied to prominent Indian smelters like Vedanta, Balco, Hindalco, and Nalco, and we also export to Dubai, specifically to EMAL Al.I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Ashoka Institute of Technology and Management, Varanasi. Throughout my tenure, I have been dedicated to improving production efficiencies and adeptly monitoring processes. I have implemented several strategies that streamline operations and developed alternative methods to achieve production targets. Additionally, I frequently recommend new equipment and technology that enhance our production focus.My role also involves meticulous planning of raw materials for rolling in different sections, aligning cultivation schedules provided by the marketing department to meet target goals. The rolled round, square, or flat bars are planned to be machined precisely to customer specifications.I am eager to contribute further to the team and explore new opportunities for innovation and efficiency in production.
