I'm a seasoned IT and product development professional with 30+ years of experience in global enterprises, specializing in enterprise architecture, data management, and IT solution leadership. My mission is to optimize data structures and management processes to deliver sustainable business value—and I’m driven by the measurable impact that better information practices bring to organizations. Over the years, I’ve led several transformation programs and system integrations. Highlights include leading the PLM architectural redesign at KONE to leverage AWS cloud services (boosting performance and reducing costs), driving the successful ITSM modernization with ServiceNow, and playing a key role in the Nokia Siemens Networks PLM merger—consolidating tools and processes for significant synergies. I’ve also been deeply involved in enterprise-level information architecture initiatives and IT strategy development. My core strengths lie in combining technical depth with business acumen. I'm analytical, creative, and committed—able to see both the big picture and the fine details. I’ve worked extensively in cross-functional governance bodies, driving collaboration between business and IT to align priorities and investments. My background covers Enterprise Architecture, PLM, ITSM, Agile delivery, and leadership of both projects and teams.
