As my roles evolved, I found myself designing systems and managing projects at the core of our operations, striving for peak efficiency. My expertise is further enhanced by a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, enabling me to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement robust solutions to streamline processes. In a niche market like ours, with relatively low awareness, I crafted a customer journey and sales funnel that not only educates about our products' vital importance but also ensures a seamless procurement process. My efforts in developing a brand awareness campaign led to a 45% increase in our Google impressions.
