About Attila Tild

I started on the technical side of the IT business, where I spent 10 years.(.at least)( Do you remember 286 PC, Novell NetWare, Digital VAX, coaxial Ethernet LAN, or IBM Token Ring, or FDDI? I was so lucky to work with them.) Meanwhile I worked as IT engineer, I managed suppliers, I was involved coordination of implementations - so called projects. Like the inter-banking electronic payment system in a Hungarian bank, roll out NetWare 4.x network and hierarchy inside a Hungarian branch of a multinational financial corporation. Later I reached a "coordinator" role, when some coordination, negotiation and agreement was necessary in the environment, where I made the technical implementation of systems. I find myself soon as a business analyst, where I made many interpretation/translation between "Business" and "Technology". I supported many implementation, transformation projects. At next step it was mixed with some consultancy, some advisory, and finally I realized that I did not install Unix or Wintel servers since years, my Certified Lotus Professional exam became obsolete, but I have a PMP from PMI, and I drive IT projects, and sometimes programs. All of them are a new challenge, new colleagues, new partners, new customers. I like this challenging and dynamic environment, where I can use my technical background as well. I think I can keep balance between the technology and management. Don't forget to think if I have a procedure or a guideline. I would like to use booth technical and leadership experience in different organizations, different challenges. Specialties (not in order to relevance or importance): IT Project Management (PMP certified) IT consultancy, ITIL, IT Infrastructure, End User Computing, Global systems experience.
