As the lead Product Manager at Novagems, I am spearheading the development of Novagems 2.0, an advanced iteration of our flagship product. I am passionate about crafting comprehensive product requirements documented in the Product Requirement Document (PRD) to guide the development process. In addition to defining product requirements, I oversee multiple cross-functional teams including software development, design, and quality assurance. Collaborating closely with these teams, I ensure seamless coordination and alignment towards our product vision. Engaging with end-users through regular interviews, I gather valuable insights that inform our product decisions, ensuring Novagems 2.0 meets and exceeds user expectations. Currently, I lead a dedicated team of 25-30 talented individuals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive the successful delivery of Novagems 2.0. Excited to be at the forefront of transforming Novagems into a cutting-edge solution that empowers our users and drives business growth. Prior to this, I served as a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator at Novagems from February 2021 to February 2023, where I gathered business requirements and created documentation for stakeholders. I coordinated with various teams including Product Owners, Design, Development, and Quality Analysis to ensure timely delivery of our productss. I actively contributed to agile methodologies, reviewing ongoing sprints and removing roadblocks to optimize project efficiency. Additionally, I played a key role in recruiting and building a skilled team to support our project objectives. My journey in project management and engineering began at vConstruct, where I worked as a Project Engineer from January 2019 to January 2021. In this role, I managed project drawings, specifications, and submittal processes. I excelled in cost management, analyzing construction documents, and converting data into digital formats using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. I identified new scopes of work, processes, and platforms, enhancing project workflows and facilitating communication with international stakeholders.
