Roles and Responsibilities (Assistant Vice President - Business Analysis & Program Management): FRA Regulatory team looks after multiple programs like FFIEC Reporting Process, CCP and Basel Reporting Book Of Work. I am leading Basel Reporting Book Of Work program – owning and managing end to end requirements and deliveries, handling following responsibilities: • Gather reporting requirements from all stakeholders - Participate in all the Business working group meetings to identify the reporting requirements, arrange requirement workshops to gather requirements. • Arrange requirement walkthroughs for technology and testing teams, get estimates for the overall implementation. • Release planning – Defining the scope, timelines of the release and prioritization of the requirements based on the criticality, estimates and available capacity. • Assign responsibilities for the detailed analysis and functional documentation. • Create detailed functional/ business documents for the technology teams and get them signed off from the stakeholders. • Arrange walkthroughs for the technology and testing teams for implementation. • Track the end to end release implementation. • Identify risks and mitigate them. • Drive status update meetings to provide accurate status to all stakeholders. • Define and maintain the change process for the Basel Reporting requirements.
