About Aubrey McDade

As a husband and father of 10, and I'm proud to have served in the United States Marine Corps. During my military service, I was honored to receive the Navy Cross, which is a distinguished military decoration granted for valor in combat. The Navy Cross is the second highest award for valor in combat (2nd to the Medal of Honor only) and I am proud to be among the few African Americans to have received this honor. After retiring from the military, I continued my commitment to service and helping others, which led me to my current roles as Vice President of Programs for the Tomlinson Center and CEO of Life Changer 365, a nonprofit organization. I am dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives by providing coaching, support, resources, and opportunities to those who need it most. As someone who has experienced extreme poverty, challenges and rewards of military service, fatherhood, and nonprofit work, I'm passionate about using my skills, knowledge, and experience to make a lasting difference in the world. Whether I'm working with veterans, families, or individuals in need, my goal is always the same: to create a better, more equitable future for all.
