I like to help people blossom into their true selves, with passion at the core surrounded by their personality traits, sense of purpose, and focus of positivity. Through my role of Manager of Agent Success, I am able to achieve my desires that I look forward to in a career. I act as a liaison to support, promote, and create a long-lasting relationship with our new agent family. I help small businesses thrive through the use of our advanced technology by testing, demonstrating, and maintaining the current material so our agents can flourish. A wave of joy rushes over me when I see a new agent accomplish their goals and I will always be on the sidelines rooting for them! When I’m not spending time with the agents, I’m more than likely reading a book, laying in a hammock, or flying feet above - traveling is my favorite thing, I am falling in love with the journey and stops along the way in this thing called life. I have stopped dreaming about my bucket list and started living it. I love planes, plants, pugs, and pitbulls. I am obsessed with all things in the Bachelor franchise. I can binge The Office at any given time. And just in case you are wondering, I am an enneagram 6, aka the loyalist. Sixes comprise more than half the world’s population!
