About Aubri Pulse

As an Executive Assistant at Ardent Mills, I manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for key stakeholders. I handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion, ensuring smooth operations for business initiatives. I also support cross-functional teams, track progress, and manage expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking for executives. In addition to my role as an Executive Assistant, I have experience as a Front Office Coordinator and an Interim Program Manager at Ardent Mills. In these roles, I led the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and projects within the organization. I collaborated with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, developed detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and established clear communication channels and reporting mechanisms. I also identified and mitigated risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project outcomes. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of the organization.
