As a Business and Career Consultant, I have helped high-performing professionals and organizations solve complex problems, lead with integrity, and turn disruption into business momentum and success through my consulting business scrappy girl project: AI Business Consulting - organizations have engaged scrappy girl project to help them navigate the future of work by integrating AI into their operations, education, and strategy—responsibly and effectively. We have provided short-term readiness assessments to full-scale implementation and ongoing strategy partnerships. 1:1 Professional Coaching - corporate professionals have partnered with scrappy girl project to sharpen strategy, improve decision-making, and building stronger leadership capacity through one-time sessions and multi-session series for ongoing advisory support. LegalEase Institute - scrappy girl project launched LegalEase Institute, a community for first generation attorneys and law students summer 2025. We believe access to mentorship, guidance, and professional development is critical for the success and longevity of first generation attorneys. Our LegalEase Scholars Program (LSP) offers three incoming 1L women students a scholarship opportunity to receive the same high-quality training, mentorship, and community support while also engaging in cutting-edge legal research and scholarship.
