Currently in my third year of a PhD in Higher Education Leadership, I’m committed to building systems and experiences that empower both students and educators. I led the development of the North Central Alabama STEM Ecosystem from the ground up—bringing together K–12 schools, colleges, industry partners, and community organizations to expand access to STEM education and workforce pathways across the region. From leading cross-campus collaborations to managing grant-funded programs and developing equity-centered initiatives, I specialize in turning bold ideas into sustainable, high-impact outcomes. I’m passionate about creating transformational learning experiences—whether it’s igniting student interest in STEM, supporting teachers to grow in their craft, or leading teams that drive innovation in higher education.
