About Aude Broos

I help organizations and teams define their purpose and unique contribution to the world, and infuse that purpose into everything they do – from their offering, experience, product, programs, and communications, to their internal culture. I design experiences that support teams in becoming more aligned, connected, and energized around a shared vision. I’m currently open to projects in the worlds of social and environmental impact, with particular passion for environmental justice and transformative/restorative justice. I last spent 7 years at co: collective, where I led the development of our strategy offering and team, covering brand and business strategy, and experience design. Previous clients include Google, Netflix, LinkedIn, New York Times, Microsoft, Chewy, IBM, as well as startup and medium sized organizations in the non-profit, consumer products, tech, retail, and financial services sector.
