About Aude Schaegis

With more than 10 years of experience in France and abroad, in the public & private sector, I support organisations and more particularly business teams in their digital transformation by helping them - in the definition and implementation of their digital transformation mostly for IT Departments (requirement analysis, framing of solutions, gap analysis, maturity analysis, balance between business values and IT solutions, etc.)- on the programme / project management aspects of their transformation (governance, time/cost/quality, excellence of the delivery, etc.) This, gave me and gives me still today the opportunity to work in an high-pressure, political & multi-cultural environment with high level customer interaction where it’s key to be : flexible, efficient and quickly settle in new and constantly changing environnements. I am a resilient and pro-active team player, people & results oriented who enjoys the challenge of evolving in new and demanding contexts.
