Motivated corporate lawyer with over five years of experience in corporate law, business law, and legal administration. Currently working as Group Legal Manager at PT Lombok Torok Developments, I specialize in contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the real estate, construction, and hospitality sectors. My expertise extends to managing corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, and commercial transactions, ensuring smooth legal operations within dynamic business environments. Graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Laws in International Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, I have a strong interest in international trade law and maritime law. During my university years, I actively participated in international events and served as a student buddy at the International Office, developing cross-cultural communication skills. I also volunteered at the 18th Asian Games 2018, gaining experience in international relations and protocol.
