About Audra Baldwin

Audra's educational background includes a Bachelor of Physical Education and previous certification as a Functional Capacity Evaluator, in addition to current certifications as a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP), Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), and Progressive Goal Attainment Program facilitator (PGAP). She has also completed training in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) through Psychometics, Cognitive FCE training through Matheson, and attends annual professional development training related to anxiety, depression, addiction, ACT and behavioral activation. Audra's diverse work experience includes 25 years of experience in the rehabilitation field, both as a clinician and as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist with private firms and in the insurance industry. As well, she gained clinical expertise and the ability to facilitate a client's successful return to work as an Exercise Therapist and Program Co-ordinator at several CBI Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centres in Canada. After a successful tenure as a co-owner of Altius Rehabilitation Group from the company joined CBI Health to bring expertise in vocational rehabilitation. Audra's unwavering passion for the delivery of CBI's behavioral activation services (Functional Reactivation Program and/or PGAP) is evident in her ability to understand the unique needs of each client she works with to help them achieve success in their recovery and return to work. She is committed to creating collaborative rehabilitation plans that optimize the success through open communication, careful research of resources and a goal oriented approach that respectfully considers all stakeholders. Audra remains involved in mentorship and training within the activation team.
