The secret that I’ve found to finding success is the ability to understand that the most valuable asset of any team, or organization lies directly in its People. To truly inspire people in such a way for them to willingly want to follow you, you must lead from the front and learn to balance your loyalty equally to the organization and to your people. With a foundation built on strong core values and a leadership philosophy focused on people, I naturally gravitated towards a profession of combining both people management and numbers. Having completed the Executive MBA program through the U of R; I focused on these very things. If you don't know how you're doing today, you can't make goals for tomorrow. The same goes with people; setting goals and having a healthy and happy group of employees will make the business thrive! When I am not in the office, you will find me swimming, biking and running. I enjoy these things the most when my family joins me and we can all enjoy the adventure that these sports incorporate together. In the office, I operate at the same high pace, possessing a high level of energy and determination that is most enjoyable when shared with a team.
