Audra has been involved in the management and operations of facilities and people since graduating from The University of South Florida in She prides herself on her attention to financial detail, her team management skills, and her ability to facilitate policy and procedure while maintaining a high quality product. With a reputation for fiercely protecting an organization’s finances, Audra realigned many of the programs at the YMCA of the Treasure Coast to be more efficient and better performing. One of Audra’s most notable achievements was the implementation of the camp planning committee. This team brought together the operations of seven locations in order to streamline the ordering, the curriculum, and the training of the programs and staff. Her guidance enabled the organization to cut association camp expenses by 40% while providing a consistent product throughout. In addition to the decrease in spending, Audra’s location was able to increase camp revenue by 200% during her tenure. With a degree in Mass Communications, Audra has a passion for communicating effectively. She was responsible for reorganizing the marketing, advertising and communications for her Y to be in-line with the branding standards of Y National. Additionally, through her contacts with the press, she was able to improve relationships between the Y and local media sources. Her efforts resulted in more publication of press releases and more coverage of events. Audra has lived on Florida's Treasure Coast for 14 years and is ingrained in the community, serving on school advisory boards and boards of local nonprofits. She is seeking an operational position on the Treasure Coast; one which will make best use of her existing skills and experience and also further her professional development. She is looking for a company that demands honesty from their employees, has a high regard for customer service, and that will provide an opportunity for her to develop people.
