I am so glad you are here! Wherever I find myself, I bring my strong work ethic and drive to improve the experience of our clients and my teammates. I take pride in my ability to run in an efficient manner while being detail oriented. I am good at handling difficult situations and approaching them from an empathetic view but as well in a professional manner. I have thrived in face-paced environments and have the ability to adapt in quickly evolving situations. I am passionate about helping other peers thrive by finding their learning style and adapting the material to each individual. It is very important to me that others feel they can come to me for whatever reason it may be. This includes conflict with customers as well other peers or how they are feeling with their current performance. Through understanding the ones I lead, we then can build a stronger relationship with our clients. In all the roles I've had, I have enjoyed creating fun flyers for upcoming events or promotional materials. I use my eye for design and organization to create educational tools that are easy to understand while being visually appealing. I am a philomath, I am always willing to learn something new and open to seeing things from different perspectives. I will bring immense value to any team I am apart of.
