About Audra Senft

By working with subject matter experts to identify training needs, I create engaging learning activities and compelling course content. I visualize and develop instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product. Analyzing and applying trends and best practices in learning technologies is key to ensuring a positive experience. Additionally I create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, etc), devise modes of assessment to measure effectiveness, and maintain project documentation. In my current role I am leading the training department, transforming the internal and external training program, developing and delivering a new Orientation program, and creating the company's first e-learning program. Over the years I have received much praise for the presentations, e-learning videos, and various learning materials I have created. I am extremely comfortable using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Learning Management Systems, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), evaluating the success of the curriculum, and adjusting learning environments.
