About Audra Wilson

I started with Milton CAT October 2005 in a “temp” position, as the receptionist. In the years since I have rotated responsibilities several times, handling the titling & tagging / registrations of our rental fleet, as well as rental invoicing - then progressing to New Engine ordering for several years - then into a Rental Coordinator position. Come September 2016, I transitioned into a Rental Sales Representative role. Our company has been extremely supportive of both a personal desire to grow, as well as the help and assistance to “get there”. At the 2018 CAT Power Systems Rental Meeting, I was shocked to be given a finalist for the Bruce Stokdyk award, which to date has to be my proudest moment with Caterpillar / Milton CAT. Part of me goes into every customer interaction had, because it isn’t just a “job”! Fiscal year 2019, I began my latest adventure, starting as a Territory Manager role, helping assist New England Sales Reps in their roles as well as day to day interactions within our Rental Group; working together as a team to help us grow! I am fortunate to love what I do, and do what I love- and look forward to what the future will bring!
