I am an engaged and strategic healthcare quality professional with extensive leadership and clinical experience that spans across all areas of health care. I am recognized for implementing organizational change resulting in improved care, operations, efficiency, safety, and revenue in seven organizations. As an innovative leader with expertise collaborating within and across teams to build strong and trusted relationships, successfully navigating obstacles and setbacks and consistently achieving goals, I am known for facilitating positive culture change through influence, coaching, and superior leadership. My Master's in Organizational Leadership helps me lead culture change and develops the infrastructure to support quality improvement. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Public Health Nurse certification with experience across the healthcare continuum, including hospitals, primary and specialty clinics, long term care, home care, hospice, public health, education, health insurance, and school nursing. My nursing background allows me to understand healthcare operations and develop clinical programs.
