About Audrey Jayton

I'm on a mission to make the world a better place through impactful research and collaborative design. I have a decade of experience leading, designing, and executing human-centric research, gathering behavioral insights to inform organizational processes and products while centering accessibility, equity, and inclusion. My efforts have directly informed the development of websites and digital products within healthcare and education. I'm a strong critical thinker with extensive experience in quantitative & qualitative research methods, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, data triangulation, and more. My experiences teaching inclusive product development to engineers, managing research teams, and developing budding leaders have provided me experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. I have collaborated with and presented to cross functional stakeholders in conference presentations, educational workshops, and cross-organizational initiatives. I believe research that centers marginalized experiences is crucial for ethical and equitable design. I advocate for inclusivity of disability, sexuality, gender, race, socioeconomic status, religion, nationality, and intersectional experiences.
