About Audrey K.

As an Operations Supervisor at Whitmor on behalf of NEAT Method back during the pandemic, I managed the direct-to-consumer and B2B orders of NEAT Method, a luxury organizational product line. Thanks to having over three years of experience in that role, and leading a team to pick, pack, and ship products to consumers and retailers alike across the country, I’ve become well versed in e-commerce business operations. I have also verified purchase orders, managed inventory flow, and tracked team KPIs using pivot table computing.With the significant amount of knowledge and experience I earned building a dropship business to grow Neat’s luxury line of products, I then took on the role of Dropship Customer Success Manager for Whitmor’s own Dropship operation. Now, all of the lessons learned can be applied to expanding our B2B business and a whole new realm of dropship only customers. I help onboard new partners, troubleshoot EDI connection issues as needed, and manage inventory allotment to make sure we are maximizing our product offering and in-stocks, to minimize disruption to the business. I excel at providing quick and accurate delivery, creative problem solving, and a very professional etiquette - with a few jokes mixed in between. I believe that teamwork and efficient communication are the key to success, and I always strive to spread that ideology to those around me. I've enjoyed working with a variety of companies and a wide range of products, as it helps me learn more about myself and working with others.
