Completed Bcom Graduation from St.Andrews College in 2001. Also completed a 1 year Diploma course at NIIT including Basics & C++ Programming in I am currently working with Quintiles Research (I) Ltd.( now IQVIA) for over 7++ years as Exec. Admin Asst. to Director India Lab Operations & Logistics Asia Pacific. Involves checking her Travel and Expenses and other EA responsibilities. Also handling responsibilities of Logistics and Inventory of Lab reagents, Checking and monitoring the stock and analysing the wastages to ensure Optimum utilization of Material and minimum wastages. Also reporting the Inventory file to finance for accounting. Co-ordinating with Finance for Intercompany related & Vendor Invoices and dealing with Vendors. Also raising Requisitions and despatching Purchase orders to Vendors and checking for Pending material. Worked with Reliance Logistics Pvt Ltd (Santacruz-W) at HO for over 4 years from 2004 to 2008 as a Operations executive for MIS preparation, analysis, monitoring & co-ordination and other Operation related activities for the Business Development Dept. Also worked with Eureka Forbes from 2002 to 2004 for 2 1/2 yrs as Customer Service Executive
