About Audrey Moses

My name is Audrey Moses. I recently graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education. My background lies in community outreach, patient education, and school health. I am interested in anything related to health promotion, public health, health education, and healthcare administration. As a health education graduate, I have learned valuable skills related to community organizing, interpersonal relations, and cultural competence. I previously interned as a health educator at UF Health Shands Hospital during my senior year, gaining interpersonal communication, time management, administrative, and patient education skills. I have gained valuable experience through my time as Director of Outreach for Community Health Service Corps while at the University of Florida where I developed leadership, organizational, and marketing skills. I have gained experience as a health educator for the School Health Interdisciplinary Program where I was able to expand my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through instructing middle school students. My passion for health education has developed me into an excellent communicator and a detail-oriented individual. My talents according to the Clifton StrengthFinders Assessment include these five things: empathy, adaptability, developer, realtor, and restorative. These strengths manifest themselves in different ways in my work/education and I look forward to developing them further in my career. I am currently looking for work. My next step is to expand on my education and become a registered nurse.
