About Audrey River Tharp

Hello, and welcome! Here's a bit about me and what I'm up to lately: I am in my LAST SEMESTER at the University of Florida! This December, I will graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in Public Relations. I began my studies at UF as a transfer student from Santa Fe College in 2023. My time at UF has been nothing short of fabulous. The Agency is a student-run professional communications firm. In January, I started as a Media Coordinator, and by October, I was promoted to Digital Media Senior! We're servicing REAL-LIFE clients, such as Career@Disney, The Bartram, and Gators Unidos. I've also landed two internships, one at a nonprofit Global Education Connection as a Social Media Marketing Intern, and one at Hemsworth Communications as a PR intern- both incredible opportunities to strengthen and broaden my marketing experience. After I graduate, my goal is to leverage my degree in a role combining social media management and public relations. I am particularly interested in opportunities within a communications firm's media team, where there's always something new to do! Wanna talk? Just message me, I'm quite literally always online. See you soon!
