With over 18 years of experience in the funds and investment industry, I am a Senior Asset Servicing Specialist at Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM), Ireland's largest fund manager with over €100 billion in assets under management. I hold the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) Accredited Product Advisor (APA) certifications, demonstrating my knowledge and competence in financial services and products. As the Reconciliations Team Lead in the Investment Services department, I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of over security positions and daily cash movements for a large ETF provider and multiple multi-asset and active/passive equity funds. I collaborate with 11 external custodians and relationship managers, as well as internal fund management and clientservices teams, to resolve any discrepancies and provide reliable information for trading and reporting purposes. I also manage the monthly reconciliation of all externally managed fund holdings for ILIM, using various transfer agency systems and tools. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, exceeding SLAs, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
