About Audrey Walker

I’m an early childhood systems leader with a passion for helping families, educators, and communities thrive. At United Way for Greater Austin, I provide coaching and technical assistance to over 35 early learning providers through the Shared Services Alliance. I help centers improve operations, adopt sustainable business practices, and use data to drive decision-making—all while centering children and families My background spans licensed center administration, program development, MOU management, and multi-site systems coaching across Central Texas. I’ve led major facility expansions, negotiated partnership agreements, and represented early childhood initiatives at conferences, vendor events, and coalition tables. Collaboration, equity, and prevention-focused strategies guide my work.I believe truly effective early learning environments are built through trusting relationships, strong infrastructure, and shared purpose. I’m energized by opportunities to design and lead community-rooted programs that center prevention and support for the whole child.
