About Audrey Young

Hi there! My name is Audrey Sylvester, and I am a Graphic Designer and Illustrator. I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in the spring of 2023. I have 5 years of experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, working as a freelancer, a full-time student, and working as an in-house graphic designer for over 2 years now. Currently — I work as a full time graphic designer and illustrator for JNJ Apparel. I work on the design team to create custom screen printed apparel designs for clients all over the southeast. I have experience in branding, social media marketing, product photography, print design, and illustration. Some of my work experience: Before my current full-time position, I worked as a graphic designer for Books-A-Million. This job was incredibly rewarding, and I loved getting to touch everything design related from branding to email campaigns to in-store signage. For two summers, I worked on the production team as a Photographer and Lead Photographer at Camp All-American to help create content for their social media, website, and branding. Fun fact! I worked abroad in London as a graphic designer! For a summer in college, I studied and worked abroad in London, UK. I worked for Future Space Technologies Consulting Agency, learning about international work culture and fulfilling design needs from multiple clients.
