Over the past several years I have been an instrumental member of various organizations, involved in making key decisions affecting their profitability and operations. My customer service oriented background ranges from retail to hospitality, with each experience enabling me to develop my managerial, trouble shooting, and diagnostic skills as I worked to deliver plans of action and solutions that would address areas of concern. This can be most clearly seen while working as Parking Operations Manager for Ace Parking, as I identified ways to recover loss revenue and worked closely with my team to make sure each hotel customer received a superior level of service. In addition, while Store Manager at AT & T and T-Mobile Wireless, I coached sales associates in order to ensure that customer expectations were surpassed, devised tactics to drive referral business, and monitored KPIs to ensure financial objectives were met. I am a skilled communicator, effective at relating pertinent information to both employees and making sure the needs of my clients are addressed. I am frequently called upon to resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and conducive work environment that encourages employee growth.
