Throughout my career, I have worked tirelessly to address the complex needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds, through multiple children's programs and most recently in a newly implemented Adult Community Mobile Crisis Resolution Program. As a skilled communicator and empathetic listener, I excel at building trust and establishing rapport with clients, colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams. I am adept at conducting assessments, conducting individual and family therapy sessions, and providing crisis management. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, I strive to empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals. I am deeply committed to ongoing professional development, staying current with the latest research and best practices in social work.
