About Augustine Emuwa

As the principal consultant and founder of Identity Capital Consulting LLC (IDCapital), I have over four years of experience in providing direct leadership support and equity systems consulting for public service leaders and for organizations. With a master's degree in education and leadership, I am passionate about preserving and empowering those who have chosen leadership in social impact as their pathway. IDCapital is more than a consulting firm, it is a real partner for real leaders looking to do real work. We help our clients create and scale systems that connect with clear and authentic vision, and align their services with evidence-based practices and equity-driven frameworks. We also collaborate with other stakeholders within our network of experts to improve support organizations through the journey of change management. Additionally, I am a co-owner of Dinobi Detergent LLC a family business and social enterprise that produces sensitive skin focused detergents with less waste, more inclusivity, and natural ingredients. As a practitioner of what I preach, I am personally committed to creating a brand that demystifies the idea that social good and business should be separate.
