I am a highly motivated, progress-focussed and passionate people’s leader with a long standing background in this banking industry. I have over 15 years’ banking experience in Finance and Banking. I have worked in retail as teller, personal banker and senior personal banker and in business banking a business banking assistant manager, business banking manager and senior business banking manager. I am extremely passionate about genuinely engaging with my clients, peers, delivering world class service in every interaction and exceeding expectations. One of my strongest attributes is my ability to communicate with individuals and various levels of expertise and knowledge. I provide positive encouragement for team members and I have motivated other peers to achieve their goals. I lead by example and love to set myself challenges and goals and always strive to exceed my personal best, and encourage other to do so as well. I can speak more than 5 languages and fully trilingual in English, Mandarin and Cantonese which enable me to deal with many customers and promote ANZ values.
