Started at Bayer in 1989 as PCT apprentice. 1994 joined Bayer Cropscience, a batch process system, working as technician. 1995 joined Bayer Materialscience, a continuous process system, working as a technician with PCT background in polymeric and monomeric units, developing strong safety behaviour, leadership and ownership. 2008 joined Caojing startup team, spending 5 months in China starting up the Polymeric unit. 2011 spent 6 months in Baytown -USA sharing Best practices in operation. 2012 intercompany transfer to Baytown working on polymeric and monomeric untis, PU modifieds batch, developing troubleshooting skills, defect elimination. Lean/Six Sigma green belt 2016 started an assignment in México, helping to improve batch process to be Right at The First Time (RTFT).
