About Augusto Dizon

As a dedicated Pastor and Hospice Chaplain, I have spent 10 years providing spiritual care, counseling, and emotional support to individuals and families during critical moments in life. My passion lies in guiding people through transitions with faith, comfort, and dignity. With experience in leadership, team encouragement, and interdisciplinary collaboration, I seek opportunities to expand my impact—whether in hospice leadership, corporate chaplaincy, or community outreach." If engaged by a company, I shall add significant value to the company as I put the skills I mentioned in my resume to provide pastoral care to patients, families and/or other caregivers. I am able to do spiritual assessment to the patient/caregivers related to the patient’s illness and condition. I am able to counsel and serve as a resource for information on spiritual and bereavement issues. I can provide appropriate supportive crisis interventions in keeping with the patient/caregiver's desire and belief system and can serve as a liason to their community. I work well with the interdisciplinary team people from my exposure in the hospital and as a result of consultation, training, supervising and mentoring people from different country background and culture. I take the initiative to learn and improve myself because I value and pursue excellence in what I’ve committed to do.
