I have built and managed high-performance teams with a focus on agile adaptation, goal achievement, and continuous improvement of the customer experience. I currently serve as General Manager of Lenovo Colombia, spearheading the company’s transformation toward solutions and services in a dynamic and highly competitive market. Together with my team, we achieved a historic milestone: becoming the undisputed leader in the PC market in the country. I am passionate about designing and implementing growth and profitability strategies in emerging markets, where speed, innovation, and flawless execution make all the difference.
