About Aumlan Guha

As a Director of Program & Project Management at LTIMindtree, I work on Delivery Excellence for the Digital Engineering practice at LTIMindtree. Prior to this, I led the Transformation Office for a top Consumer Goods account, handling key tracks like delivery excellence, knowledge management and learning & development. I have over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, spanning various domains and geographies.I am a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, have been an Appraisal Team Member for CMMI for Dev 1.2, and am an expert in ISO 17100:2015. I am trained on Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and ITSM methodologies. My core competencies include process definition and improvement, risk management, metrics analysis, management system audits, and learning & development. My mission is to drive excellence and innovation in the delivery of IT solutions and services, and to empower my team to achieve their professional and personal goals. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others, especially juniors and love mentoring them.
