About Aundrea Roe

For those who are in sales and looking for "referral partners" or think I would be great for a sales role: I'm solely service, and I'm service for a great reason. I hate sales. I can get you to agree that you need whatever I have to offer, but I can't convince you to pull out your wallet. Just being honest here. I'm not looking to build a book of business, but I AM looking to do a kick-butt job of servicing one. The other great reason I'm in service is that I love to help people and make their day brighter. Whether it's sweet-talking exceptions out of insurance carriers, teaching a co-worker how to do a process, or making a yummy cake or soothing salve, if it helps someone, I'm in. I firmly believe in treating people with respect and kindness, building relationships with clients/customers, and doing all in my power to ensure their satisfaction. My hope for any position I hold is that I enhance the company I work for. One of my biggest sources of derived joy is knowing that I made someone else's life a little bit better.
