Rich of a professional experience in multiple companies specialized in Sales and Customers Services, I am looking for a position of Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Vancouver. Curious, sociable and involved, my faculties to develop relationships with others have always helped me accomplishing my jobs. As a Business Developer, I had to face different situations, contexts and functions that pushed me out of my comfort zone and incited me to deepen my knowledge of people and companies I was confronted to. Thus I could improve my listening skills but also my capacity to detect customers needs. Travelling since I was young, I've developed my open-mindedness and my ability to adapt myself to new environments. These experiences have always encouraged me in establishing myself abroad.
