About Aurelio Cerdas

Although the human resources profession has gone through very significant changes in the last ten to fifteen years. I have found that there remains one component that is often overlooked but yet in my opinion continues to be the core reason why I and so many of my colleagues continue to be passionate about what we do. My passion stems from a firm belief that without exception each and everyone of us possesses great potential to achieve success even greatness. How and when that potential is unlocked varies from one person to the next, however it is my privilege to be in a position to encourage and facilitate. Oft times my experiences have been catalysts for personal growth and avenues towards professional improvement. I am continually reminded that mine is a privileged position of service and trust.
