About Aurora Fields

Hello Everyone! My name is Aurora, but you can call me Rory for Short. I have had my fair share of working in the community since I was 14 years old. I have done food drives with Pilgrim Baptist Church, helped package food with Feed my Starving Children, was apart of HSRA's choir that was partnered with Under the Radar Foundation, and walked in support of MN World's Aids Day. I was raised to give back to my community and look at those as if they were family. As a black woman, I believe that people can break the box where they are conditioned by sterotypes. As a caring adult in youth's lives, I dedicate myself to keep those accountable and push them to reach their full potential in positive ways. On a personal note, I love to do art, play video games and spend time with family on my free time. I also play piano here and there. Fun fact: I used to play at concerts for MacPhail music school, and have partnered with the Walker Art Center as a adolescent. I hope to connect with you all as we all grow during our life long journeys!
