About Aurora Jokela

You know what gets me excited? When you exceed expectations, get customers surprised in a good way, seeing how teams at work can be unstoppable when they work together and the fact that you can learn something new every week at work. Doesn’t even matter if it's work related or not. Sometimes you get the best cooking advice from a coworker and sometimes it’s the greatest tip to get the sales up. Those moments at work will make you keep going. You can also have fun at work and make great results. The best feeling is when I don't even feel like I’m going to work. That’s what I want to achieve in every workplace. To work in a job that I enjoy and also keep up the good energy in the office.(Sometimes it requires bad jokes but who doesn’t say them from time to time - laugh is still a laugh.) So, usually I’m the one who talks a lot in the workplace and makes jokes with everybody.(I’m also the one who bakes to work so I guess that's why they laugh at my jokes…) But I’m also the one who will learn 2 new jobs to cover my coworker when they are sick or make my 8h to 12h if it’s mandatory to get the work done. I want to learn more and I want to become better.
