As a seasoned Administrator with over 5 years of experience, I specialize in streamlining operations, leveraging technology to enhance organizational efficiency, and support directors and entire teams to ensure they have the resources and strategies needed to successfully achieve their goals! In my current role, I perform administrative tasks for the Director of College Services, 18 regional College Coaches, and 6 Program Managers across the state collectively serving college students annually. I have led the successful transition of communications systems from Salesforce to Mailchimp and transferring college students to the new platform while collaborating with marketing team to design user-friendly templates. My ability to navigate and implement technological solutions ensures that teams stay connected, informed, and aligned with organizational goals. A little bit about myself: I am a first-generation college graduate, which fuels my passion for education and personal growth. When I’m not at work, you can fine me indulging my obsession with the “Crime Junkies” podcast, getting lost in a book, exploring new restaurants, and binge-watching a good show/movie.
