My journey began in sales, where a genuine passion for helping others quickly steered me toward a career in talent development and strategic enablement. Early encouragement from leaders who believed in my potential led me to the field of Learning and Organizational Development, where I discovered a true calling in empowering growth and building strong, capable teams. Over the past five years, I sharpened my skills in developing high-performing sales teams and leading with empathy. I expanded into management and business operations, which laid the foundation for my current role as Manager of Sales Capabilities at CDW. Now, with an MBA in hand, I bring a strategic, collaborative, and continuously evolving approach to leadership and enablement. Outside of work, I’m passionate about personal growth, mentorship, and community building. I lead with a people-first mindset and thrive on making a meaningful impact—both in the workplace and beyond.
