About Auschwin Lee

I have devoted years to working with small businesses across multiple industries in order to cultivate my business acumen and diversify my professional experience. At 18 years old, I earned my Illinois Real Estate Brokers License and began to understand the brokerage side of real estate via apartment leasing. I coordinated the schedules of my fellow freshmen clients and collaborated with seasoned brokers across Lincoln Park to get leases signed. Working as a sales manager and personal assistant to the founder of an engineering company, I learned to synthesize complex, technical language for industrial grouting patents into comprehensive marketing materials for business-to-business and municipal sales. In my role as a financial assistant for a Ugandan based agricultural company, I developed an excel model to track inventory sales and created much needed checks and balances. In the summer of 2023, I went to Uganda to perform an inspection of company assets, negotiate with suppliers, and plan long-term operations with the on-site manager. Over the summer of 2024, I pivoted to a more traditional, corporate role as a Community Association Manager (CAM) Apprentice with FirstService Residential. In this position, I worked closely with a CAM to build great relationships, aim high, and be genuinely helpful to residents, guests, and clients at one of their high-rise condominium associations in Chicago, Illinois. I developed a profit and loss spreadsheet for the associations garage, performed property maintenance inspections, and assisted residents with various inquires. Currently, I am a senior at DePaul University wrapping up my double major in Real Estate and Finance and conduct research for the aforementioned engineering firm remotely. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, bass, and drums in two Chicago based bands. I also play for DePaul University's Club Rugby, read biographies and history books, do creative writing, and traveling abroad.
