About Austen Showalter

Having been in and out of real estate for the past 10 years, I am finally convinced that helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs is what I love to do. I knew all along that I was intrigued with the business and had planned on getting back in full-swing permanently when the time was right. I guess you could say this realization that I belonged in the business came with age and maturity. Keller Williams and The Tallahassee Board of Realtors have provided me with all the tools needed to be an expert in my field, I have been fortunate enough to have been mentored by some of Tallahassee's best. I am proud to have the ability to create strong lasting relationships, while at the same time providing my customers peace of mind and a smooth transaction that makes sense. My communication skills, negotiating abilities, and sense of urgency have proven to be my strong suits.
