As a Construction Program Executive, I led a highly professional and technical team to deliver over $2 Billion of projects in design and 200+ construction projects valued in excess of $600 Million to the residents of the third largest county in the nation, Harris County, Texas. I'm passionate about driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and building high-performing teams that deliver lasting impact. I SPECIALIZE IN: OPERATIONS: Successfully managed the construction of over 200 projects valued in excess of $600M. BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Led monthly PBAC to review an operational budget of approximately $450M. LEADERSHIP: Formally recognized for outstanding leadership following a local weather disaster. EFFICIENCY: Delivered projects with less employees and 50% less overhead dollars. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: Contributed to the delivery of the $14.5 Billion post-Hurricane Katrina flood risk reduction system for New Orleans. Developed a premier Lean Six Sigma program that trained 12 green belts and 2 black belts. Implemented efficiencies that decreased project delivery and with 50% less overhead cost.
